We can take care of your property while you are away – from basic regular maintenance to any necessary repairs. No matter where you are, you can rest assured that any problems requiring a quick response – which happens with every property from time to time – will be dealt with immediately. We offer two packages: basic package & full package.

 

BASIC PACKAGE

This package includes basic property management:

• Key holding and ensuring access to your guests following your instructions.
• Regular monthly visits to the property and inspection for damage.
• Monthly reports to you on the condition of your property including photo material by e-mail.
• Arranging repairs as necessary.
• Collection of post.

Price: 150€/month

 

FULL PACKAGE

With this package, we take complete care of your property: beside services included in Basic Package, you will be provided with the following:

• Key holding and ensuring access to your guests following your instructions.
• Inspection of your property twice a month + inspection after bad weather.
• Monthly reports to you on the condition of your property including photo material by e-mail.
• Correspondence with your accountant, arranging for payment of your bills.
• Opening and translating of emails and post related to your property.
• Basic maintenance of the garden and terraces as necessary.
• Testing appliances, electrical installations, plumbing.
• Arranging repairs as necessary.
• Preparing the property for your arrival (buying groceries, preheating the property etc.).
