According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Client confirms that he has (a) the right to use his personal data in good faith, for the purpose of participating in the process of buying and selling the property. The Client confirms that he is informed that the Agent is operating in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. That states that his personal data given to the Agent will not be processed to third parties without the consent of the Client and that he will be kept in a secured place according to the requirements of the Regulation, as long as there is a need for that or until the Client decides to withdraw his consent or to erase, limit or correct his data.
